• Applicant Workshop presentation - ROUND 21
  This is a copy of the Gulf Coast RCIC Applicant Workshop presentation provided to potential ETF applicants.

• Gulf Coast RCIC ETF Application Form - ROUND 21
  This is the ETF application form that must be completed and submitted by the Application Submission Deadline.  (NOTE the application form was changed in Round 21.  If you downloaded the application from from an earlier Round, you must use the new form for submissions.)

• Gulf Coast RCIC Applicant Instructions
  This document provides instructions to Gulf Coast RCIC applicants on the RCIC Review Process and the documents to be submitted for their application. 

• Gulf Coast RCIC Applicant Agreement
  This agreement must be executed and FAXed to the Gulf Coast RCIC before an application will be accepted. 

• Gulf Coast RCIC ETF Scorecard
  This scorecard is the scorecard that will be used by the Gulf Coast RCIC reviewers in evaluating each application.  Applications must meet all ETF criteria in order to qualify for an ETF award.  Applicants are encouraged to use this scorecard to evaluate their application documents prior to submission. 

• Certification of Application
  This is the signature page from the ETF application form.  This document must be executed and FAXed to the Gulf Coast RCIC before an application will be accepted. 

• Applicant Due Diligence Instructions - NEW
  This document is a copy of the instructions provided to applicants that have been selected by the Gulf Coast RCIC Board for submission to the State.  These instructions identify the due diligence information that will be submitted by the RCIC to the State, along with a company's application documents.  The instructions reference template documents, which will be provided by the RCIC when the diligence documents are requested.  The instructions also list additional diligence information that will be requested by the State should the Advisory Committee endorse the application.  NOTE that none of this information is requested when companies first submit their application documents to the RCIC for review - this information is being provided, so that companies are aware of what diligence will be required before they can be approved for a Commercialization Award.
