The Gulf Coast RCIC accepts applications for Commercialization Awards.  Applications are reviewed and submitted to the State on a quarterly basis.

Companies interested in applying should review the eligibility criteria and attend one of the RCIC's quarterly ETF Applicant Workshops.

The Gulf Coast RCIC uses this website to process applications.  To submit an application to the Gulf Coast RCIC, you must follow these steps:
 

1. Register as an Applicant (click here)
    

2. Download the Application documents (click here)
    

3. Complete the Application documents
    

4. Submit the Application (click here)

Getting Assistance with your Application

The Gulf Coast RCIC holds quarterly Applicant Workshops, about one month prior to each Application Submission Deadline.  Registered applicants will also have an Application Planning Meeting with RCIC staff, prior to the Application Deadline.

The Houston Technology Center holds Orientation Sessions every two weeks, on Wednesdays.  Included in the Orientation Session is information on the ETF and the Gulf Coast RCIC.  If you are interested in attending an upcoming HTC Orientation session, click here and sign up.
