NOTE - The ETF program is not currently accepting new applications for Commercialization Awards.  The Gulf Coast RCIC will post plans for new funding rounds as soon as this information is available.  Interested applicants are encouraged to submit an Applicant Registration, so the RCIC will be able to contact the applicant via e-mail when a new application deadline has been established.

The Gulf Coast RCIC accepts applications for Commercialization Awards.  Applications are reviewed and submitted to the State on a quarterly basis.

Companies interested in applying should review the eligibility criteria and attend one of the RCIC's quarterly ETF Applicant Workshops.

The Gulf Coast RCIC uses this website to process applications.  To submit an application to the Gulf Coast RCIC, you must follow these steps:

Getting Assistance with your Application

The Gulf Coast RCIC holds quarterly Applicant Workshops, about one month prior to each Application Submission Deadline.  Registered applicants will also have an Application Planning Meeting with RCIC staff, prior to the Application Deadline.

The Houston Technology Center holds Orientation Sessions every two weeks, on Wednesdays at 4PM.  Included in the Orientation Session is information on the ETF and the Gulf Coast RCIC.  If you are interested in attending an upcoming HTC Orientation session, click here and sign up.
