An announcement will be made soon on a revised schedule for Round 20.  The dates below will change.

Round 20 Timeline
 

• Tuesday, March 30, 2-4PM - Applicant Workshop at the Houston Technology Center.

• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, April 5-7 - Application Planning Meetings.  One-on-one meetings will be scheduled with registered applicants to review the ETF criteria and provide advice on preparing their applications for submission, either in person or via phone.  STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all applicants.

• Tuesday, April 20, 10AM - Gulf Coast RCIC Application Deadline

• Thursday, April 29 - Gulf Coast RCIC Review Committee Semifinalist Selection Meeting.  Submitted application documents are reviewed.  Semifinalists selected and invited to make presentations on May 6 or May 20.

• Thursday, May 6* - Gulf Coast RCIC Review Committee Finalist Selection Meeting.  Semifinalists make presentations to the Review Committee.  Finalists are selected and invited to make presentations to the RCIC Board on June 9.  Life Science Finalists are also submitted to the Texas Life Science Center for parallel review, in addition to their invitation to present to the RCIC Board.

• Tuesday, May 11 - TLSC Application Deadline (RCIC forwards life science finalist applications to the TLSC for parallel review).

• Thursday, May 20* - Possible Review Committee Finalist Selection Meeting for non-life science applications.  If there are too many finalists selected to present on May 6, the non-life science finalists may be invited to present on May 20 instead of May 6.  Non-life science applicants should reserve May 6 and 20 for an RCIC presentation.  Finalist presentation times will be assigned when an applicant is selected as a Finalist.

• Wednesday, June 9* - Gulf Coast RCIC Board Meeting.  Finalists make presentations to the Board.  Applicants will be notified if they are selected for consideration by the State.

• Monday, June 21* - Life Science applicants may be invited to make a presentation to the Texas Life Science Center Board (in Austin).

• Thursday, June 24 - State application deadline (RCIC forwards selected applications to the State).

• Thursday, July 1* - Presentations to State ETF Advisory Committee (in Austin).

*=To be considered for an ETF award, applicants must make presentations on these dates (if invited)

NOTE - other RCICs may have a different date as their Application Deadline.  Applicants outside of the Gulf Coast region should contact their local RCIC for the specific deadline for their RCIC.
