Round 2-4 Timeline
 

• Tuesday, May 20, 10AM - Gulf Coast RCIC Application Deadline

• Tuesday, June 3 - Gulf Coast RCIC Review Committee Semifinalist Selection Meetings.  The RCIC Review Committees will meet to review the submitted application documents and select Semifinalists to invite for presentations to the Review Committees.  Applicants will be notified by Wednesday, June 4, if they have been selected as a Semifinalist.

• Friday, June 13* - Gulf Coast RCIC Review Committee Finalist Selection Meetings.  Semifinalists make presentations to the committee, followed by Q&A with the applicant's management team.  The committee will select Finalists to invited for presentations to the RCIC Board.  Applicants will be notified at the end of their presentation session if they have been selected as a Finalist.

• Wednesday, June 25* - Gulf Coast RCIC Board Meeting.  Finalists are invited for presentations and Q&A with the Board.  Applicants will be notified if they are selected for consideration by the State.

• Wednesday, July 16* - Life Science applicants may be invited to make a presentation to the Texas Life Science Center Board (in Austin).

• Thursday, July 24* - Presentations to State ETF Advisory Committee (in Austin).

Round 2-5 Timeline
 

• Wednesday, July 30, 2PM - ETF Applicant Workshop.  Registrations can be made beginning in early July.

• Monday-Wednesday, August 4-6 - Application Planning Meetings.  All Gulf Coast RCIC applicants are required to attend an APM prior to submitting their application.

• Monday, August 18, 10AM - Gulf Coast RCIC Application Deadline

• Thursday, August 26 - Gulf Coast RCIC Review Committee Semifinalist Selection Meetings.  The RCIC Review Committees will meet to review the submitted application documents and select Semifinalists to invite for presentations to the Review Committees.  Applicants will be notified by Friday, August 27, if they have been selected as a Semifinalist.

• Thursday, September 4* - Gulf Coast RCIC Review Committee Finalist Selection Meetings.  Semifinalists make presentations to the committee, followed by Q&A with the applicant's management team.  The committee will select Finalists to invited for presentations to the RCIC Board.  Applicants will be notified at the end of their presentation session if they have been selected as a Finalist.

• Wednesday, September 17* - Gulf Coast RCIC Board Meeting.  Finalists are invited for presentations and Q&A with the Board.  Applicants will be notified if they are selected for consideration by the State.

• Wednesday, October 1* - Life Science applicants may be invited to make a presentation to the Texas Life Science Center Board (in Austin).

• Thursday, October 9* - Presentations to State ETF Advisory Committee (in Austin).

*=Applicants must be able to make presentations on these dates, if invited

NOTE - other RCICs may have an earlier date as their Application Deadline.  The Gulf Coast RCIC is using a later date, to provide applicants more time to prepare their applications.  Applicants outside of the Gulf Coast region should contact their local RCIC for the specific deadline for their RCIC.
