  This is a copy of the Gulf Coast RCIC Applicant Workshop presentation provided to potential ETF applicants.

• Gulf Coast RCIC ETF Application Form
  This is the ETF application form that must be completed and submitted by the Application Submission Deadline. 

• Gulf Coast RCIC Application Submission Checklist
  This checklist summarizes the task to be completed and documentation to be submitted by the Application Submission deadline.  This is intended as a tool to help applicants prepare for their submission. 

• Gulf Coast RCIC Applicant Agreement
  This agreement must be executed and FAXed to the Gulf Coast RCIC before an application will be accepted. 

• Personnel and Business Team spreadsheet
  This spreadsheet is required to be completed and submitted with the application documents. 

• Capitalization Table spreadsheet
  This spreadsheet is required to be completed and submitted with the application documents. 

• Gulf Coast RCIC ETF Scorecard
  This scorecard is the scorecard that will be used by the Gulf Coast RCIC reviewers in evaluating each application.  Applications must meet all ETF criteria in order to qualify for an ETF award.  Applicants are encouraged to use this scorecard to evaluate their application documents prior to submission. 

• Gulf Coast RCIC Certification of Application
  This is the signature page from the ETF application form.  This document must be executed and FAXed to the Gulf Coast RCIC before an application will be accepted. 

• Sample Pro Forma Cap Table
  Sample capitalization table. 

• Commercialization Award Application Guide
  This Application Guide was developed for a previous funding Round.  While the application form has changed, the advice in the Guide is still relevant to the current application.

• ETF Due Diligence
  This summarizes the due diligence performed on applications by the State.  This is for an earlier funding Round, the process used for the current round may be different.

• Full Commercialization Award Contract and Investment Unit Agreement (actual templates)
